At OneCall HR, LLC, we believe vendor and partner recommendations should be based on what is best for the client — not on whether a partner offers a payout, referral fee, commission, or affiliate incentive.
That is why we created our Partnership Payout Promise.
When we recommend a partner, platform, or service provider, our goal is simple: to connect clients with resources that are practical, reputable, and aligned with their business needs. We do not allow partner compensation to influence the guidance we provide.
What We Promise
OneCall HR does not accept partner payouts as profit.
When a partner offers a referral payout, commission, affiliate fee, or similar compensation, we handle it in one of three ways:
Whenever possible, we decline referral payments or commissions so that our recommendations remain fully independent and client-focused.
If a partner offers a discount, credit, or incentive that can be passed directly to the client, we prioritize giving that value back to the business we serve.
In situations where a payout or commission is received and cannot reasonably be declined or passed through as a discount, OneCall HR uses those funds to benefit client employees. This may include sponsoring employee appreciation events, team engagement initiatives, workplace education, or other employee-centered activities.
Our Partner Philosophy
OneCall HR partners with organizations that complement the services we provide, including HR technology platforms, compliance resources, recruiting tools, background screening providers, accounting professionals, and other business service partners.
We look for partners that help clients:
Reduce administrative burden
Strengthen compliance practices
Improve employee experience
Streamline hiring and onboarding
Build scalable business operations
Access specialized expertise outside of OneCall HR’s direct services
Our role is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions. The final decision always remains with the client.
Transparency Comes First
If OneCall HR has a referral, affiliate, or partner relationship with a provider, we aim to be transparent about that relationship. We will never recommend a product or service solely because compensation may be available.
Our commitment is to protect the integrity of our advice and keep our client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and practical value.

If a partner offers OneCall HR a payout, we either decline it, pass the value back to the client, or reinvest it in ways that benefit client employees.
